Listen to the Entire Great Gatsby Soundtrack care of NPR

"The Great Gatsby," starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan, opens in theaters on May 10.   Directed by Baz Luhrmann, the movie has been generating a lot of buzz not just because it is a reinvention of a well-loved classic novel by F.S. Fitzgerald by a star studded cast but also because of its soundtrack.   Executive produced by Jay-Z, it features high-wattage artists such as Florence + The Machine, Beyoncé, Fergie, and Lana Del Rey.   The question begs to be asked: Is all that glitters gold?  Stop whatever you are doing and judge for yourself.  Listen to the soundtrack, which is streaming in full over at NPR days before its May 7 release.

Registration is now open for Adarna House's 2013 summer workshop: bookmaking for kids.

In this workshop, kids will make their own books starting with their own story, drawing their own illustrations, and designing their own book cover. This workshop will be facilitated by Annie Lumbao, member of Ang Ilustrador ng Kabataan (Ang InK) and author of But That Won’t Wake Me Up!, winner of the Filipino Readers’ Choice Award for the children’s picture book category.
